Adnan Menderes Airpot 90 km.According to Greek mythology, the god of wind lived in Alaçatı, so its not suprising that one of Alaçatı’s symbols is its windmills. The mills, which were once used to grind wheat, now greet us as a hotel. With Alaçatı’s original stone construction, the Değirmen Otel has transformed the four mills into an eight roomed boutique hotel. The rooms, with fireplaces have been given names such as Mısır, Zeytin, Üzüm, and Başak. The round stone-walled rooms complete with round beds really grab your attention and some rooms even have waterbeds! A place full of nostalgia, definately worth seeing.
